Kendra Plummer is a Business Development and Acquisitions Analyst with Pyramid Hotel Group. Kendra has an extensive background within the hotel sector of the commercial real estate industry. In her current role, Kendra oversees the financial responsibilities of underwriting and consulting for hotel assets across the Americas and Europe.
Prior her role with Pyramid Hotel Group, Kendra served as the Hospitality Investments Analyst for Turnberry Associates where she supported the company’s underwriting, valuation and asset management. Kendra’s professional experience also includes an MBA Co-Operative program with HVS and CHMWarnick as well as hotel management roles with Kimpton Hotels.
Kendra is a graduate of Temple University’s School of Hospitality Management and the University of Miami’s Business School. She holds a Bachelors in Tourism and Hospitality Management as well as a MBA in Finance and Real Estate. In addition, Kendra has earned Cornell Hotel School’s certification of Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management.
Remaining active within the industry, Kendra currently serves on the board of the American Hotel and Lodging Association’s Under 30 Gateway Committee as well as the African American Real Estate Professional’s New England Chapter.
